Important Information for Map Users

1. Survey of India Open Series Maps ( OSM) are available for free downloads at http://soinakshe.uk.gov.in.

2. The Map Layers can also be viewed online at our portal http://indiamaps.gov.in . It has various utilities for visualisation, Navigation, draw shapes, taking measurements , import shape files and print the displayed extent f the maps.

3. Only if the user need, the printed maps he has to visit the nearest Map Sales Office of Survey of India

 

Download: Our Users can easily download Tidal Data, International Boundary(Vector Format) etc.
